Contract Services
- Negotiating and managing contracts in cooperation with all client departments, especially the Government Relations, Financial Department, and Project Management.
- Preparing companies' incorporation contracts, work regulations, and violations lists.
- Drafting, reviewing, and auditing civil and commercial contracts, agreements, and memorandums of understanding, especially contracts (ownership, work, contracting, commercial agencies, distribution, and franchise).
- Final clearance and legal settlements for the benefit of our clients.
